BolYaar is a place for good conversation: advice, laughter, late-night talks and friendship. These rules apply to every fan and creator, in calls, messages, voice notes, photos and profiles.
Be respectful
- Treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated. Disagree kindly.
- No bullying, threats, hate speech, or insults about religion, caste, gender, region or appearance.
- If someone wants to end a conversation, let them.
Keep it clean
- No nudity, sexual acts, sexual talk or requests, on video, in voice or in writing.
- BolYaar is not a dating or escort service. Don't offer or ask for meetings or "extra services".
- No violence, self-harm content, drugs, weapons or illegal activity.
Stay on BolYaar
- Don't share or ask for phone numbers, social media handles, addresses or payment details.
- Don't ask for or send money outside the app. Gifts and coins are the only way to pay.
Be yourself
- Use your own photos. Don't impersonate anyone or pretend to be a creator you're not.
- You must be 18 or older. Don't involve anyone under 18 in any way.
- Don't record or screenshot other people without their consent.
For creators
- Your KYC video and profile must show you. Photos must be decent and recent.
- Be honest about your languages and availability, and never pressure fans into spending.
- Don't stretch calls with silence or fake network issues to earn more minutes.
What happens when rules are broken
Our team reviews every report. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, suspend or permanently ban your account, and withhold coins or earnings gained by breaking these rules. We report illegal content, especially anything involving minors, to the authorities.
